Before you look at the price

"Is fixing this going to cost more than the problem itself?"

Plans & pricing

Three ways to fix it. One-time. No retainer.

We do not sell software subscriptions. We connect the systems you already run. Each plan is matched to where your business actually is, not a bigger or smaller version of the same thing.

One-time fee No software licences UK · US · EU

Ranges only. The real number comes from a free audit.

First, what disconnection already costs

The price of doing nothing is rarely on an invoice.

Most owners never add it up, because no single bill shows it. It leaves quietly: in hours, in oversold orders, in numbers nobody trusts. Three of the most common leaks, with conservative ranges from typical multi-channel businesses.

Leak 01 · Manual hours

Hours lost re-keying data between systems

£9,000–£18,000

per year, on 6–12 hours a week

Staff exporting, copying, and reconciling numbers by hand because the tools do not pass data to each other. Costed at a modest blended hourly rate.

Leak 02 · Overselling

Sales you cancel because stock disagreed

£12,000–£30,000

per year, at a few oversells a week

When channels do not share one stock count, you sell what the shelf no longer has. Each cancellation is a refund, a lost margin, and a customer who rarely returns.

Leak 03 · Slow numbers

Decisions delayed by days of reconciliation

£6,000–£15,000

per year, in errors and delay

When sales, stock, and accounts disagree, month-end becomes a manual hunt, and the cost is decisions made late or made on numbers that were already wrong.

Three engagement scopes

Matched to where you are, not how much you will spend.

These are not small, medium, and large versions of one thing. Each one answers a different stage of the same journey. Most businesses recognise themselves in one immediately.

Stage one · A known gap

Connect

"Two or three systems don't talk, and I can name exactly which gap is costing me hours every week."

From£3,000

One-time fee · typically 3–6 weeks

  • One painful workflow connected end to end
  • The manual re-keying behind it removed
  • Data flowing between the two or three tools that matter most
  • 30/60/90-day support and handover

Best for a business that knows exactly which gap hurts, for example store and accounts not reconciling, and wants that fixed cleanly.

Where most land Stage two · Outgrown the setup

Integrate

"It's not one gap. The whole operation runs on manual work, and nothing agrees with anything else."

From£8,000

One-time fee · typically 8–14 weeks, phased so nothing breaks

  • Your core systems connected into one flow
  • Stock, orders, and accounts working from one source of truth
  • The data cleaned so reports and AI can rely on it
  • A live view of margin, stock, and performance
  • 30/60/90-day support and team handover

Best for a business that has outgrown its setup, where the tools exist but do not work as one. The plan most clients end up on.

Stage three · The system is the ceiling

Architect

"The systems themselves now limit how I grow, or I'm running on platforms I don't own and can't change."

From£20,000+

One-time fee · typically 4–9 months, dedicated team led by Hemal

  • Everything in Integrate, built deeper
  • A foundation designed around how you actually operate
  • Custom connections to legacy or bespoke systems
  • Architecture you own, with no licence tax as you grow
  • Direct input into the build roadmap

Best for a business where the system itself is the constraint or the competitive advantage, and ownership is the point.

Talk to us about Architect

Not sure where you sit? Most businesses start at Connect or Integrate and only reach Architect when there is a clear reason. Between two stages is normal: we often recommend a hybrid, and we will tell you honestly which scope fits.

AI agent builds

Agents are scoped separately, and every one starts with the diagnostic.

AI agent and automation builds sit outside the three scopes above, because the right price depends on what the agent does and what your systems can honestly support. The shape of the engagement is always the same: a diagnostic first, from £3,000, covering your systems map, an AI-readiness review, and a prioritised written plan. If you go ahead, the diagnostic fee is credited against the agent project, and the build itself is a fixed price for a fixed scope.

If the diagnostic shows your foundation is ready, we scope and price the agent in writing before anything is built.

If it is not ready, we tell you, and tell you what it takes to get ready. Most of that work falls inside the Connect or Integrate scopes above.

No recurring fees to MYT either way. Model and tooling subscriptions belong to you, and we resell none of them.

Why diagnostic-first? Because an agent built on data you cannot trust acts on the disagreement, confidently and at speed. The diagnostic is how we make sure yours will not.

Your investment, in context

For most, the fix pays itself back inside a year.

If a business is losing a few sales a week and hours of manual work, the disconnection it is paying now is usually larger than the one-time cost of closing it.

This is also why a £20-a-month AI tool or a cheap connector app is not the same thing. Those can help with one isolated task. Pointed at live, connected systems, an unsupervised tool makes confident changes without the full context, and a confident wrong change to the system running your business is expensive to undo. The value is doing this without breaking what already pays your bills.

The figures opposite use conservative numbers for an Integrate-scope engagement.

Manual hours, per year −£13,000
Oversold and cancelled orders, per year −£20,000
Reconciliation errors and delay, per year −£9,000
Integrate engagement, one-time £8,000+
Ongoing fees to MYT £0
Typical payback ~6 months

There is no instant price button on this page, on purpose. A made-up number means nothing. The free review gives you something real instead, whether or not you work with us.

What to fix first

Common questions

What people ask about pricing.

No. The figures on this page are indicative ranges so you can see roughly where you fit. The final number is fixed after a free audit that maps your actual systems and scope. You get one number, in writing, with no surprises after that.
No. Every engagement is a one-time, fixed-price project. There is no mandatory recurring fee to MYT. You keep paying your own software providers directly, as you do today.
That is common. The tiers are starting points, not rigid packages. After the audit we often recommend a hybrid, for example a Connect-level fix with one Integrate-level piece where it matters most. The goal is the simplest scope that solves the real problem.
Separately from the three scopes, as a fixed price for a fixed scope. Every agent engagement starts with the diagnostic, from £3,000, which includes an AI-readiness review and a written plan; the fee is credited against the agent project if you go ahead. There are no recurring fees to MYT, and model and tooling subscriptions belong to you.
Those can help with a single, isolated task. The risk is letting an unsupervised tool make changes across live, connected systems, where a confident but wrong change can break the thing currently paying your bills. Integration across accounting, inventory, and customer systems needs someone who understands the whole picture before touching it.

In short

  • MYT Digital prices integration as one-time, fixed-price projects with no mandatory retainer or monthly fee.
  • AI agent builds are scoped separately at a fixed price; every agent engagement starts with a diagnostic from £3,000 that includes an AI-readiness review, credited against the project if it proceeds.
  • There are three engagement scopes matched to a business's stage: Connect from £3,000 for a known, contained gap; Integrate from £8,000 for a business that has outgrown its setup; and Architect from £20,000 where the system itself is the constraint.
  • The figures are indicative ranges only. The final price is fixed after a free audit that maps the actual systems and scope, delivered in writing.
  • The cost of disconnection, in manual hours, oversold orders, and slow reconciliation, is usually larger per year than the one-time cost of fixing it, and an Integrate engagement typically pays back in around six months. These are illustrative figures, not guarantees.
  • Clients keep and pay for their own software; MYT resells nothing and takes no commission.
