MYT Digital provides systems integration, data and business intelligence, and related consulting for multi-channel retail and wholesale businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.

Client obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information needed to carry out the work. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect timelines and cost.

Payment and billing

Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Invoices are due within the agreed timeframe. Late payment may result in work being paused or stopped.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and materials on this website remain the property of MYT Digital unless stated otherwise. Ownership of the systems and deliverables produced during an engagement is set out in the separate agreement for that engagement; in most cases you own the working system once the project is complete.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information shared during an engagement confidential, and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, MYT Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or our services.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. On termination, any outstanding payment for work already carried out becomes due.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to that law.

Changes to these terms

MYT Digital may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always applies, and continued use of the website or services means you accept the current terms.
