Client Obligations

Payment and Billing

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of services. Invoices are to be settled within the agreed timeframe. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

Any content, designs, or materials created by MYT.digital during the course of providing services will remain the intellectual property of MYT.digital unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the provision of services and not disclose such information to third parties without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

MYT.digital will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered will become due.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be settled through arbitration or mediation.

Modifications to Terms

MYT.digital reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
